Graphite

Graphite has flake graphite, expandable graphite, synthetic graphite, surface-enhanced flake graphite, nature graphite, pure graphite, amorphous graphite, artificial graphite, graphite nanoplatelets, petroleum coke, etc.
The graphite is in the form of crystalline flakes or blades, black or steel gray, and is mainly contained in feldspar, quartz or diopside, and tremolite particles. It has an obvious directional arrangement and is consistent with the layer direction. Graphite flakes are generally (1.0~2.0)X(0.5~1.0)mm, the thickness of the flakes is 0.02~0.05mm, the largest scale can reach 4~5mm, and the smallest is (0.5~1.0)x(0.25~0.5)mm. The graphite content is generally 3%~10%, and individuals can reach 20%.
Graphite ore contains a large number of impurity minerals, especially flake graphite ore whose grade is very low and must be enriched by ore beneficiation. Flotation is the main method of graphite beneficiation, but the flotation of flake graphite is different from amorphous graphite. In the process of flake graphite beneficiation, care should be taken to protect the large graphite flakes.
The grade of flake graphite is generally 3%~15%, but flake graphite has good floatability. In the process of beneficiation, to protect the graphite flakes, multi-stage grinding and multi-stage separation are required. Through screening (or hydro cyclone classification), the dissociated large flake graphite can be separated in time to avoid repeated abrasion. In flotation, kerosene, diesel, heavy oil, sulfonate, sulfate, phenols, hydroxy acids, etc. are commonly used as collectors, and No. 2 oil, No. 4 oil, ether alcohol, and butyl ether oil are used as foaming agents. The general process flow is crude ore coarse crushing-fine crushing-coarse grinding-flotation-concentrate regrind-dehydration-drying-grading-packaging.
Which machines for graphite? which depends on what production you needed from graphite. Such as need a bead mill for graphene, we exported Nano pin-type bead mill to Korea, and Russia, etc. also can be installed high shear emulsifier and chemical reactor. 1, PIN type BEAD MILL, grinding into D90=3um from D50=25um for 5hours 2, Ribbon Blender for the pre-mixing machine, customized capacity and functions according to graphite. 3, also customized chemical reactors and high shear emulsifier tank
We offered the full project of graphene, also we have frence office who specialized in searching formulas of graphene. If you need any help with formulas of chemicals, we can introduce this chemical doctor to you.

Grinding Media for Bead Mill | Zirconia Beads & Zirconium Silicate Beads

Bead mills mainly use grinding balls as media, and use impact, extrusion, and friction to achieve the final grinding effect, which mainly depends on the size and hardness of the grinding beads, the filling rate of the grinding beads, and the collision frequency adjustment between the grinding beads and the particles.

Overview of Laboratory Reactor

Laboratory reactors, also known as lab reactors, are essential tools in scientific research, product development, and process optimization. These reactors provide a controlled environment for conducting chemical reactions, mixing, dispersing, and homogenizing processes.

Ribbon Blender Mixer Equipment
