Ink grinding has different requirements from machines, especially digital inks.Nano grinding machines are needed. General machines can’t finely grind them.Franli supports fine grinding of various inks and the entire production line. The machine can automatically complete the pumping. Suction, dispersion, grinding, refining, cooling, filtering and semi-automatic filling, etc. The manual operation is greatly reduced, and the operation is simple and the effect is doubled.
Digital ink is nano ink, around 200nm, while raw material can not reach such small particle size, we should install the pre-grinding, such as attritor, normal sand mill, or static mixer before bead mill. Which also must need a twin shaft disperser.
To produce the digital ink is to mix resins and additives by high-speed disperser for digital ink, which the connect parts of high speed disperser are SS304, and we have a pneumatic lifting cover match with the ss 304 tanks, which can prevent powder from leaking out during mixing, and the powder feeding station can be installed on the cover, which can collect the dust when feeding powder materials, not only protect the environment but also protect the worker health. In addition, we also offer the double-layer disc, which has higher shear for mixing materials, the resin and additives can be mixed well with the double-layer disc.
After the mixture of resin and additives, transfer their paste to the basket mill for digital ink, which we suggest the pipeline static mixer for digital ink before the digital ink, the pipeline static mixer will have an effect of pre-shear, which the unique rotor has the high shear and the paste reach a relatively small particle size when being transferred, also a relatively small particle size will be a good raw material for basket mill, the time to get the discharging fineness will be less for basket mill. The basket mill for digital ink has below advantages:
1. Dispersing and grinding in the grinding chamber

After the fine grinding by basket mill for digital ink, usually, we will use the bag filter to remove the impurities, then go to the mixing tanks with agitators, as digital ink has different colors, different pigments will be added to the mixing tanks with agitators on this process.
The mixing tanks with agitators have a strong body with a 12mm tank bottom, 10mm tank body, and stiffener of top cover; 300 mesh mirror polished of the tank inside and outside, which makes the clean easily.
The paste will come to a filling machine for digital ink, as the digital ink viscosity is not high, using a weighing type filling machine for digital ink is recommended, which has high filling accuracy and good filling speed.
