Suspension Concentrate

Anti-precipitation agents generally refer to suspension agents, also known as concentrated suspension agents, flow agents, aqueous suspensions, and colloidal suspensions. A suspension of hardly water-soluble solid pesticides and additives after grinding and dispersing in an aqueous medium. The continuous phase is water.
Suspending agents are divided into two types: water suspension and oil suspension. Water suspending agent is water as solvent. Oil suspension concentrate uses oil as the main solvent and does not contain water. Commonly used oils are vegetable oils, such as corn oil and rapeseed oil. It is also possible to use synthetic oils.
The machines used for suspending agents are generally storage tanks, powder conveying equipment, dispersing machines, sand mills, emulsifying kettles, and blending kettles.

Grinding Media for Bead Mill | Zirconia Beads & Zirconium Silicate Beads

Bead mills mainly use grinding balls as media, and use impact, extrusion, and friction to achieve the final grinding effect, which mainly depends on the size and hardness of the grinding beads, the filling rate of the grinding beads, and the collision frequency adjustment between the grinding beads and the particles.
