Natural Graphite

The brief introduction of flake graphite is a metamorphic graphite ore. natural flake graphite ore exists widely all over the world, but only Canada, Brazil, China, Madagascar, Russia, Germany, and South Africa supply a large amount to the international market. The flake graphite concentrators in these countries can produce products of different grades of grade 1, 2, and 3. The diameter of grade 1 flake graphite is the largest, the diameter of grade 2 products is medium, and the diameter of grade 3 products is fine flake graphite. The carbon content of flake graphite after beneficiation is generally 80 ~ 99.5%. The main producing areas of flake graphite in China include Shandong Nanshan, Heilongjiang Liumao, and Inner Mongolia Xinghe.
Franli is a graphite factory located in Shandong and have a graphite mine with better quality than others. We can provide flake graphite with good properties of high-temperature resistance, conductivity, heat conduction, lubrication, plasticity, and acid and alkali resistance. We have both large flake graphite and ultra-fine flake graphite. In short, we can provide all kinds of flake graphite to meet your requirements.

Grinding Media for Bead Mill | Zirconia Beads & Zirconium Silicate Beads

Bead mills mainly use grinding balls as media, and use impact, extrusion, and friction to achieve the final grinding effect, which mainly depends on the size and hardness of the grinding beads, the filling rate of the grinding beads, and the collision frequency adjustment between the grinding beads and the particles.
